So, long time no see, right? I got my movie finished and it's really cool. The issue is now that I'm uncomfortable with my weight. I'm 125 lbs and only 5 feet tall. While I haven't gained any weight recently, I certianly haven't lost much. Now that my sailing team has started up, I'm gettig more frequent excersize and lots of fresh air which is so good. Ahhhhhh so, I had a sandwich thing today on some flax whole grain whole wheat pita bread thing and it was really good, but I put cheese on it!!! I came back here to track my lunch and realized how many calories American Cheese has!!! Who knew?!?! but yeah. So now I've had 589 calories so far today. And I know you're not supposed to have less than 1200 in a day, but I'm small (5' 0"), so I have like, 750. But today I'm going to be over...... stupid cheese!! But I...

YES!! I survived my first day. I've never been really "on a diet" before, but I've found (as of day 1) I actually enjoy taking such an active role in my health. My diet tracker-thingy said that I didn't get enough of any of the categories except water... I think that might be because I'm small and I don't need to eat as much as a normal sized person. Sooooo. I want to lose weight (who doesn't?) and I guess my will power isn't enough. I swim for an hour every day and I teach sailing classes in the morning plus take sailing in the afternoon. It's a fairly taxing schedule, but it doesn't seem to be enough for me to lose weight. I also run sometimes.
