5 Days Until My 6 Month Mark

Getting stronger & stronger every day. Bought my first nitric oxide pre work out powder today. Have been doing protein powder shakes all along so I think I'm ready for the next step. I am going to start with 1/2 scoop to see how this old body takes it then increase if I can. Pulled a muscle today doing dumbell flys without warming up. Lesson learned. I'm pretty sure I am getting all the protein and carbos my body needs so I feel now is the time to take it full tilt. Am working out 90 minutes every other day doing all supersets. Then doing cardio on the off days. ( had to miss a week due to my wife being the hospital for testing). I know this probubly sounds harsh but she is behind me 100%. I am mixing up the workout each time so my muscles don't know what to expect. I LOVE THIS LIFE!!
