Struggling

So it will be interesting to step on a scale sunday. I have not met my calorie goal once this week and have even had a couple days where I ate 3,000 calories or more. Its so frustrating because I want to eat less, be healthy, feel good about myself but then I get these cravings. I don't know why my body wants sugar so much but I always end up giving in and once I start I can't stop. It takes so much for me to feel satisfied. Tomorrow is a new day, I will do better. Saturday will be a challenge because I have a lot going on between a garage sale, baby shower, and graduation party. My goal is to eat a meal when I get hungry and not let myself snack because I know once I start snacking I won't stop. I also haven't had time to go to the gym since I've been so busy with packing and all these parties to attend. I'm hoping when I get to California, a new beginning will help get my eating under control. A lack of money should help as well!
