Today I'm going to start eating healthier. I am not always able to workout because my schedule is so packed right now so watching what I eat is even more important. My plan is to eat about 400 calories at each meal, that leaves an extra 300-400 calories for snacks or drinks then get some sort of a workout in whenever possible. I have a good friend that is trying to lose weight as well so hopefully the support will be a big help!

So it will be interesting to step on a scale sunday. I have not met my calorie goal once this week and have even had a couple days where I ate 3,000 calories or more. Its so frustrating because I want to eat less, be healthy, feel good about myself but then I get these cravings. I don't know why my body wants sugar so much but I always end up giving in and once I start I can't stop. It takes so much for me to feel satisfied. Tomorrow is a new day, I will do better. I have struggled with my weight since freshman year of High School. Being a bigger gymnast, I was always the fat one in a tiny world. At the same time gymnastics was a scheduled physical activity that kept me in shape, without a choice.
