Day 2

I accidently weighed myself this morning. I automatically got on the scale...
I did lose 1/5 of a pound.
I wasn't that good last night. I had dinner with my husband at 5:30pm and at 7:00pm...I was hungry/craving again. I found crackers and just started eating. I gave my son some, but still. I did excersize though. I went into my room, turned on the TV for noise and started walking in place with the weights my mother gave me. I also did some crunches and danced around. I was happy about that. I did break a sweat, but I only lasted 12 minutes. I was aiming for 30 minutes, but my son wouldn't stop crying at the door. He wanted his mommy.
My back started feeling better when I excersized. (My back went out over the weekend because I visited my mother and had to sleep on the hard floor) My back feels almost completely healed today.
I had a small breakfast this morning and I plan on having a fozen dinner for lunch. They are only about 350 calories. My weakness is when I get off from work. From about 5pm on I just want to eat. I need to get out of my house at night, but I get so tired. I already worked an 8 hour day...when can I get time to relax?
I plan on walking periodically throughout the day at my work. I want to make a path for myself. I work in an office, at a desk.
