I have noticed that I do way better on my diet if I plan what I am going to eat for the day. I just entered in everything that I plan to eat for today and it come in below 1000 calories. I am excited about that. I wont be starving myself, but still doing well.
Going out to eat is my enemy, but I think that if I find out what to order before I go out, then I will do a lot better.
I am drinking coffee right now. Eek, one of my co-workers made it way too strong.

Doing very well. I have lost almost an entire 5 pounds in 11 days. Amazing. Last night and tonight I went on a 50 minute walk with my husband and 15 month old. I am happy and glad that this is working. I am very determined this time. I will stick to losing 2 pounds a week. In 11 days I have met and exceeded that goal.

I am feeling a lot better today. I have lost 3lbs to date and I have kept them off. I need to lose 1 more pound by Sunday in order to stay on my 2lbs a week schedule. I was hoping to lose a little more in the beginning, but as long as I stay on my original target, I will be sooo happy.

I accidently weighed myself this morning. I automatically got on the scale...
I did lose 1/5 of a pound.
I wasn't that good last night. I had dinner with my husband at 5:30pm and at 7:00pm...I was hungry/craving again. I found crackers and just started eating. I gave my son some, but still. I did excersize though. I went into my room, turned on the TV for noise and started walking in place with the weights my mother gave me. I also did some crunches and danced around.

Today I started my diet. I plan to lose 2 pounds a week. If I lose 2 pounds a week, then I can lose 40 pounds by the end of the year. My plan is to eat healthier, cut down on portion sizes, and to walk at least 4 times a week. I will weigh myself every Sunday and Wednesday. I will log everthing I eat and drink on fitclick. I have set healthy reminders on my work computer and cell phone to remind me to eat healthy and to continue logging on fitclick.
