Well, being new here I am trying to figure everything out. I think I have what I need set up and I've figured out most of the features.
Being a college student it is often difficult to eat right and find anytime to work out. This year my goal is to actually stick to some kind of heathy eating track and lose that freshman 15 I disgracefully put on two years ago. Luckily, this year I am living on my own. Off campus. The good news is that I can choose what I eat and the ingredients I use to make it. I no longer have to succumb to the makings of the camus food court. I'm hoping this site will help me keep my head on straight and my stomach full. Of good food, that is.
So, does anyone have any advice for easy workouts that I can do in the living room of my apartment? I don't have any weights or a whole lot of room so I need something fairly easy to do. I plan to run each morning around campus, but would like to do a little more than that and have something else for the rainy days or days that I have no time to go on a long run.
Any advice is appreciated and I look forward to using this site further!
