So, I weighed myself this morning. I had been dreading doing it because I thought I knew what the number would be about. Fortunately, the number was about 10 lbs less than I thought! Thats like losing 10 pounds without having to work for it!! Yay!
I've also decided to weigh myself every few days or once a week and keep track of it with my planner. That way I have to look at the number every day when I am writing down my to do list. I'll be really proud of...

So far I've not stuck to this plan of drinking more water, eating better and simply trying to eat less. I caved last night when I was told the rest of my family was going to get some Wendy's for dinner. Ahhh! I don't think I could ever pass up some Wendy's. And today at the family reunion, I looked at all the food and was drawn towrds all the worst. And kept going back for seconds. And thirds. And fourths.
I know that all of this poor eating is what is making me feel so...

Well, being new here I am trying to figure everything out. I think I have what I need set up and I've figured out most of the features.
Being a college student it is often difficult to eat right and find anytime to work out. This year my goal is to actually stick to some kind of heathy eating track and lose that freshman 15 I disgracefully put on two years ago. Luckily, this year I am living on my own. Off campus.
