Week Two

Week two did not go well...mom and dad were here and so I did not get to eat well (unfortunately I did try but failed horribly) and didn't really keep up with my exercise. I got in my three days of exercise this week, just it wasn't the way that I would have preferred. I tried hard to eat well with them here...the night that we had pizza I ate a huge helping of salad first...apparently the pizza was a lot higher in calories than I realized. The next night I had hot dogs, which weren't so bad but I shouldn't have had two. Then, Greg made an amazing roast and I ate a lot!!! I drank wine twice (had two glasses one night) and drank pop almost every day. Ugh...was not a good week for eating.
I am hoping that tomorrow's weigh in isn't THAT bad...last week I gained two pounds when I tried really hard. I have no idea where I am at this week. I do know that I am bloated because I should be starting my period. However, I am really hoping that I don't because then it means that I am losing body fat. That would be awesome! I will say that my clothes are fitting better...Greg says that I should just be happy about that and not worry about a number. I know that he's right, but I am really stuck on that number. Plus, when I walk past a window I can still see the pooch for a belly. I hate it...it makes me feel fat and unattractive. That thing needs to go! I have been doing yoga for abs when I walk...tonight I am going to do crunches and stuff to try and make it work faster. I am trying...I just don't feel like I am because I am not seeing that number move the way that it should!!!
