Week Three (a little late)

Okay, so on Monday was the beginning of my week three.  Did not do well last week - actually last week wasn't too bad but I was in Chicago visiting my cousin and my godson which is what screwed up my entire schedule.  I drank pop, ate McDonalds twice!, and got NO exercise.  So now I am horribly unmotivated and am feeling like crap.  I am getting frustrated at home, frustrated at myself, and I really really want to get out and do some form of exercise.  I need to get off ...

Week two did not go well...mom and dad were here and so I did not get to eat well (unfortunately I did try but failed horribly) and didn't really keep up with my exercise.  I got in my three days of exercise this week, just it wasn't the way that I would have preferred.  I tried hard to eat well with them here...the night that we had pizza I ate a huge helping of salad first...apparently the pizza was a lot higher in calories than I realized.  The next night I had h...

Week One

Okay, so week one went about as planned...I stuck with it, I entered all of the info for the week, and I tried to plan ahead.  Also, I didn't stay within my counts very well - however I did read that you should vary your calorie count occasionally so that it helps your metabolism continue to work.  A lot of times your body just gets used to the less caloric intake and then your metabolism slows down.  It doesn't really matter if I stayed exactly
