So, I weighed myself this morning. I had been dreading doing it because I thought I knew what the number would be about. Fortunately, the number was about 10 lbs less than I thought! Thats like losing 10 pounds without having to work for it!! Yay!
I've also decided to weigh myself every few days or once a week and keep track of it with my planner. That way I have to look at the number every day when I am writing down my to do list. I'll be really proud of myself if I can lose 10 more pounds, but would be at my ideal weight if I could lose 16 total. Its not a lot, but it sure feels like it!
But I'm determined to do it this time!
