I am feeling a lot better today. I have lost 3lbs to date and I have kept them off. I need to lose 1 more pound by Sunday in order to stay on my 2lbs a week schedule. I was hoping to lose a little more in the beginning, but as long as I stay on my original target, I will be sooo happy.
