Okay me... yeah it's me again... sorry to bother you, uhh me. You want to know why you can't quite break that edge, weight wise. Well, it's those evening snacks that you like to have in the evening.
Yup, that's what it is... It's not that you shouldn't have it. But after looking at your diet tracker, well, it's what you eat. The last three days you were looking pretty good calorie wise, and not to bad nutrition wise... until the evening. That's your achilles heel... popcorn, crackers and peanut butter... yum, but... cut it back dude, just a taster and you will be good. It's not like you're going over your alottment, it's just that you aren't necessarily trying to get under to lose those last few... Just a heads up.
