Day 1 (Fresh Start ) TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY I TRY

Today I want to put fourth my best effort to start watching what I eat. My goal for today is to stay with in my calorie range and to walk 45 minutes on the treadmil with my son tonight. I am kinda a day by day girl, who is 43 pounds overwight and really want to lose the weight, but I know that my good intentions often go undone so I will try today and see how well I did tomorrow. Wish me luck, as I wish much success for all you on this merry-go- ground of better health and better feel good about yourself bodies.
