I started 12 days ago with journing my food intake.  I have to say that its going pretty good.  Lost 4lbs in the 1st week. I have been trying to get more fruits and veggies in my diet. Which is hard cause I don't like many of them. Also trying to eat breakfast every day and drink lots of water. I'm up to a liter of water a day and down to 1-2 sprites a day. Althought I haven't had any soda for the last 2 days. yay me!!!

I started this journey when my husband and I had a talk about our future. With me at 33 and he at 38, we decided that its time to add a bundle of joy. I want to make sure that I am in the best health I can to have a safe and healthy pregnancy.

I also want to be more active. Currently I don't exercise. I will be soon as I am getting a treadmill. WooHoo!!!  Can't wait to put on my ipod and walk the pounds off.

My goals are : Lose 50lbs
                      Exercise 3-4 times a week
                      Drink more water
                      Cut down on soda or cut out completely
                      Feel Better
                      Have more energy
And the Goal of all goals  To be Pregnant by age 35
Wow thats alot!! But really worth it!!!
