Day 6
Finally my dad and grandfather brought up my treadmill. After getting it in and set up. I did .18 miles, at 1.8mph for 6:14 mins at an incline of 1.5. Back started to get tight (around hips). So I stopped and took a break. I got back on and did 15 mins at 1.8mph and a distance of .45 miles. I want to work up to 3 miles a day 3 times a week. But I know that I'll have to ease into it. Day 4 of 2nd go around, I hope I can stay on this journey since my hubby is watching what he eats too. Still just in the food journal stage trying to see whats missing and what i can cut out.
Also really need to get the treadmill from my mom's house hmm.... do I know anyone with a truck???? I think it will be good to get moving. Today just been really tired, no energy.

I think I jinx myself with the first/last blog. I fell off the wagon for 2 weeks.
Within those 2 weeks I talked to my hubby about eating better and losing weight. Since its a combined goal, I think it will be easier to do it together. So now I have my partner in crime with me. I just have to remember to take it one day at a time. Slow and steady is the way to go. Can't wait to get my treadmill. It seems like it will never get here.

I started 12 days ago with journing my food intake. I have to say that its going pretty good. Lost 4lbs in the 1st week. I have been trying to get more fruits and veggies in my diet. Which is hard cause I don't like many of them. Also trying to eat breakfast every day and drink lots of water. I'm up to a liter of water a day and down to 1-2 sprites a day. Althought I haven't had any soda for the last 2 days. yay me!!!
