Night one... I found this wonderful website... and then I started blogging!
I am 44 years old... and I have already lost 31 pounds by counting my calories, watching my fat grams and journaling every morsel that I put into my mouth each meal. It is very "EYE" opening to look to see how many calories and how much fat that I used to put into my body. I also try to throw some exercise into the mix every day, even if it's just housework. I started out at 213lbs, and now I'm down to 1821bs. I make up my own menu's each day, based on what I have in my pantry. I read labels a lot.
I did walk today around my block. My short term goal is to get to 175lbs. and my goal weight is 125 lbs. Through the help of the Good Lord, I will succeed! Good night all....I'll keep all of you in my prayers.
