Yea for me!

I went to the gym today and did my workout plan! No fear no intimidation! Can this be true? Am I truely really ready for a change? They say it takes 30 days to create a habit. I am determined to do 30 days of a workout and eating right. Who knows, this might be my new "habit".
When I walked into the gym I turned all my fears off, turned on my music and blurred everyone and everything out. When I have my music, I can block out anything. I stayed on the treadmil for 20 minutes then went and did my strength workout. Okay, so I did the treadmill for 2.5 MPH, but it was a start. I did notice that I irritated my hamstring but I "babied" it and it feels better. I should know better, stretch stretch stretch! I did not, I thought the 5 minutes of the treadmill at 2.0MPH was my stretching, duh!
Tomorrow Cardio all the way! I am going to try to walk/run as best I can without over doing it. I must say, they are pulling out the big guns. I was approched by the "gymies" again to meet another one "Paul" or "Todd" something like that. They said even though she knew I was not ready for a personal trainer, she thought I should meet "Paul" for when I am ready to sign up with a trainer in the future. Wow! They really want me to look good! lol! But for now, it's not financially possible yet. FitClick will have to be my personal trainer. I think I will name it "Chuck". Chuck my new virtual personal trainer. Sounds good, and it makes me look good too. "Can't talk right now, I'm with my personal trainer Chuck. Ya! I like that!
