I have been overweight most of my life. For a brief period in my 20's I weighed a normal weight (135), however I did it in a very unhealthy way. On average I fasted Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday every week. I survived on Diet Coke and Tylenol. On Thursday through Sunday I ate once a day. The only healthy thing I did at that time was my workout plan. I did resistance training (weight lifting) 4 times a week and 1/2 hour of aerobic exercise 3-4 days a week.
I am now 45 years of age. I am 5"8" tall and weight 230 pounds. I currently take medication for GERD, hypothyroidism, Restless Leg Syndrome and seasonal allergies.
