I realize that weight loss is a two fold process - what you eat and what you burn.  Since I want the experiment to focus on the diet plans and not the workout plan I use.  Therefore I will follow a basic workout plan and not change it during the experiment.  I'm limited as far as exercise due to some pain in my knees.  The basic plan will be -

Resistance training (weight lifting or resistance bands) 4 times per week
Aerobic training (walking, low impact videos) 4-5 times per week
Yoga -3-4 times a week

I will track my workouts on this website.
