MONTH 1, DAY 1 - 1200

Well, it all begins today. I have planned my first day's meals etc. I have planned 1129 calories. I was a bit surprised when I got on the scale this morning for my initial weigh in. I had started trying to lose weight in March of this year, lost 20 pounds (approximately) and got stuck. Nothing I tried work and so I stopped around the beginning of July. I haven't tracked or really watched what I ate at all and have not been exercising. I have not, however gained any weight. Hmm, very odd. In any case I'm committed to trying this experiment.
