I have noticed that I do way better on my diet if I plan what I am going to eat for the day. I just entered in everything that I plan to eat for today and it come in below 1000 calories. I am excited about that. I wont be starving myself, but still doing well.
Going out to eat is my enemy, but I think that if I find out what to order before I go out, then I will do a lot better.
I am drinking coffee right now. Eek, one of my co-workers made it way too strong.
I have five days to lose 2.6lbs to make my mark...and I will meet or exceed that goal. I cannot give up. I want to make this work. Oddly enough...I believe the blogging is helping. :)
