Didn't have too many problems yesterday. Felt a little hungry but I can live with it. The nice thing is I can have anything I want, just not as much as I may want. It takes a little planning but so does most any diet plan. My biggest challenges are always the weekend. It's especially so the next two weekends as I have season college football tickets and our team is home the next two weeks. Tailgating may be a challenge.
You may have noticed I'm not logging anything I drink. I'm only drinking water, diet soda, and tea with Sweet 'N' Low all of which have no calories. I will log anything I drink that has calories.
