Well I went a bit over yesterday, 21 cals to be exact. I usually eat something around 3 p.m. but was not in a position where I could yesterday. As a result when I got home I was feeling lightheaded and shaky. I didn't exercise yesterday because I didn't trust myself. Even after eating dinner I still felt not so good, so I ate a bowl of cereal. I feel irritable and slightly shaky this morning. I'm going to press on however. I'll stick with this for a month. The next plan I'm looking at is the plan from the Biggest Loser. Over the next few weeks I'll start talking about this plan and the parameters for it.
