I checked out for a couple of days.  Came down with a cold and did absolutely nothing.  Still don't feel great, but have to return to life sometime. So far it hasn't been too bad.  I did make one slight modification and changed my target from under 1200 calories to at 1200 calories which creates a range from 1150 to 1250.
I did eat some fast food this weekend but still managed to stay within my range.
DAILY TIP:
One thing you might notice is that all my fruits, meats, etc. are listed in ounces.  I never quite know what's exactly meant by 1 medium apple, or a piece of meat the size of my palm.  I find it much more accurate to weigh stuff.  I mean, it's silly to me to count the number of grapes I eat.  It's easier to weight out a bunch and go from there.
I do have a very good digital food scale.  I would recommend this to anyone no matter what kind of plan you're following.  They can be found at WalMart, Target, and lots of other home stores.  They have a wide price range but I would recommend one that has a tare or zero out function (that way you don't have to weight out your bowl and subtract).  I would also definately recommend digital since they're much easier to read.
