What's up!
Today was a dvd day so I did the Walk Away the Pounds video along with some core exercises. Although this is a simple workout to do it ALWAYS makes me sore. Funny right? I guess because you use so many muscles. Anyway, my eating is pretty good this week but I made some homemade soup and I guess there was too much sodium in it because I feel awful. It was really good and I'd hate to quit making it but next time I will alter the ingredients to include less sodium. If anyone wants the recipe its Navy beans, light turkey sausage, cabbage, stewed tomatoes, onion, tomato sauce and red potatoes (which I think I will omit next time, and 1/2 of a chicken bullion cube which is the reason I don't feel well.)
