Getting in shape for baby making

arrival of the treadmill.......

Day 6

Finally my dad and grandfather brought up my treadmill.  After getting it in and set up. I did .18 miles, at 1.8mph for 6:14 mins at an incline of 1.5.  Back started to get tight (around hips). So I stopped and took a break.  I got back on and did 15 mins at 1.8mph and a distance of .45 miles. I want to work up to 3 miles a day 3 times a week.  But I know that I'll have to ease into it. Going from 0 exercise to 3 miles a day is gonna be hard. But I can do it!!!!
