Hello!
I struggled through my workout today! Ugh! But my body feels much better after doing it. Ive been having some trouble with bloating and digestion so I am going to try to cut dairy. For someone who LOOOOVEEESSSS cheese, this is going to be kinda hard but Im tired of feeling sick to my stomach all the time. Heck, I even love cottage cheese and no one really likes that! (at least no one I know) Anyway wish me luck, Im going in! Til tomorrow, M-
