today sucks

Ok well to start i been trying to lose weight for a while i used to weight 120 now i weight 182 and i feel so emberssed about my body i used to be so confident now i dont mainly my stomache area bothers me it sticks out and i worked out every day for about two months and portion sized my meals and it got down to 160 felt a lil good about my self then i got sick and after i was over being sick got lazy and i feel so dispointed on my self i really want to look good again least get down to 130 ill be happy. If anybody can help me figuer out differnt and easy way to lose weight or whatever plz comment and let me know ill take any advice.
