Ok well to start i been trying to lose weight for a while i used to weight 120 now i weight 182 and i feel so emberssed about my body i used to be so confident now i dont mainly my stomache area bothers me it sticks out and i worked out every day for about two months and portion sized my meals and it got down to 160 felt a lil good about my self then i got sick and after i was over being sick got lazy and i feel so dispointed on my self i reall
