Day 1: Starting weight = 187 lbs.
Today's weight = 187 lbs.
Goal weight = 135 lbs.
52 of 52 lbs to go!
So as the title says...I CAN DO THIS! I am a 33 year old mother of two boys with a VERY busy schedule. I lost 40 lbs last year, but have since gained 1/2 of it back - lack of willpower! It's going to be tough and I will have to work to find the time to workout amidst all the baseball practices, games and school functions, but I will do it. My DH is extrememly supportive; we joined the Y a couple of weeks ago. So...anyway, I've made the commitment...now just waiting to see the results!
