Today's weight:  182.6
Total lost = 4.4 pounds

So I've been at this for one week now and I'm feeling great.  Even at just losing 4.4 lbs, my clothes aren't as tight and I can feel a difference in  my energy level...is enough to keep me motivated!!!!

Okay, so I know a lot of people say that it's discouraging to weigh everyday, but for me it's what I have to do to stay on track.  If I know that I will be held accountable tomorrow for what I do today, I'm more likely to behave than I am knowing I have up to 6 more days to make up for it!   Went to the gym last night - 30 minutes of cardio and just a little on the weights before my son's baseb
