Feeling good... :-)

6 days in and i'm feeling good. Keeping up with the gym is my number 1 goal right now and I already feel the difference. I thought I would start out with 30 min of cardio but I'm stayin strong with an hour of Elliptical each visit I make to the gym. It's so hard sometimes but I get through it because I usually have someone there with me and I'm waiting for them to finish up their routine. It's the best way for me to finish up my full hour. Because I keep thinking...what else am I gonna do while I wait for them to finish? So far, I'm gonna keep up the buddy system. It's working great and I'm usually feeling so good by the end of that hour that doing my strength training after is a breeze.
