Eating healthy is always a challenge

Instead of making the unbelieveably difficult transition to small portions and healthier foods all at once, i've decided to focus on making sure I eat before 6:00pm and opt for grilled food or salads when possible. So far, I'm not depriving myself completely of the meals I love but I'm learning to eat slow so my mind catches up with my stomach and I'm finally enjoying food that is better for me. I think it's working because already I feel like my appetite isn't as huge. Love It!
