Progress: -0.6 lbs
Had a great workout yesterday, but I'm afraid I won't get one in at all today - too many errands and mommy chores to tackle. I've planned out my day though so I'm on track there. I need to find low fat / calorie snacks for the afternoons between work and baseball practice. It's typically around 7:30 when we have supper and after having lunch at 11:30 I'm starving by then! I'm not a fruit or veggie lover (possibly would ALREADY be in better shape if I could learn to be) Anyone have suggestions? TIA!
