Oh dear, I forgot to blog yesterday. Must be because I was having a not really great day. Nonetheless, I did get some exercise in - worked out to part of a step aerobic tape - but got pooped out and crashed on my couch. Fell asleep watching it then and woke up at 12:45 in the wee hours, so trundled off to my bed. I had given up my walking plans for the evening to meet with a friend. But otherwise I had a pretty good day. Jenn
