Day 8

It is the morning of day 8 - so what did I accomplish last week? I exercised most days, and tracked my food intake every day. The result? Having done the "got to eat the stuff in the house \ waste not want not" thing, I had gained 3 lbs by day 2, but by this morning I had lost 5 lbs, translating to a recorded loss of 2 lbs. at the end of Week 1. I'm hoping to lose between 2 to 4 lbs weekly if I maintain my diet and exercise. :) and am satisfied with this first week's results. Jenn :)
