I am actually enjoying going shopping for foods now, and realize I read every label....I really should be looking at more than just the calories, but I WILL get better.  Right now I am focusing on calories and healthier choices.  Like today.  Went grocery shopping, mainly for things for me.  I bought some organic pasta...one is made with buckwheat and sweet potato (I don't know, but it sounds yummy!!!) and the other is an organic spinach spagetti....both are lower in calories than regular pasta and have more health benefits.  Eating organic is NOT cheap, lol, but I can suffice with purchasing a few items now and then.  Especially since I love trying new foods.  I even found a gluten free spagetti made with soy that is only 40 calories for the WHOLE package....almost looks and tastes like chinese noodles (the ones in the little square package, like Mr. Noodles).  I figured it was worth trying....Got it from a health food/organic store near me.  I actually enjoyed it!!!!  It says two servings a package (it is in water in a bag)...at 20 calories a serving.  I just ate the whole package the other night with dinner......and enjoyed enjoyed enjoyed it!!!!!!  Now it smelled like fish coming out of the bag (the water)...for whatever reason, but I rinsed it off and it was good to go!  I love finding new items that are low in calories and are healthier.

Now if only I can of my addiction to COKE ZERO!!!!   I am pestered by friends daily about how horrible it is for you, especially since it is made with aspartame....but it is like cigarette smoking....I can't just stop...I have to wean myself!!! :)

Cheers all...hope you are having a great week!!!!
