Good morning world . I'm feeling pretty good this morning.  Feel like going for a walk -- now that's a change .  Unfortunately no time this morning.  Getting ready for church, so need to have my breakfast and get cleaned up and out the door.  Have been invited to potluck lunch, but I think at this point it is better to eat at home - so I will pass that invite up for now. Instead, I will have a good meal at home and then go for that walk.  Will check back later to update this.  For now - drinking water.
