Hello.
Well my weight loss has been steady and Ive amped up my walking to 3 miles. I have my next small goal to look forward to. I do however need to increase strength training on my legs. Im a pear shape so my legs are really heavy right now and too much weight to run on. Any suggestions on what to do besides squats and lunges???(which drives me crazy, HA!) Anyway, once again sorry for the infrequent post. I no longer have internet but Im working through it. It has some good points, though. I was slowly but surely becoming addicted to Facebook! {:-} TTYL!!!!!
