Good for me!  I fell off the proverbial wagon, started to lapse into old habits, old excuses, old reasons for looking and feeling so awful.... but I regained my senses and I am back in the groove!  How did I do that?  1. Focusing on what my goals are.  2. Reminding myself it is my health that is affected by overeating, not just my ass.  3. Journaling on this site. 4. Logging all food eaten on this site.  5. Reading other people's posts on this site.  I have to say, getting back on track after a major slide is a HUGE victory for me. It is the single point of (usually) no-return for me. I usually begin the downward spiral, and I never recover until I have regained all of the weight lost and add on a few additional pounds as well. THIS TIME is different. Blogging on this site is a big motivator for me. I make most of my posts private, but every once in a while I'll make them public, in an attempt to be honest with the world and be accountable to my own choices. I am back!
