Now that I have my measurements in, my workouts tracked, and my foods all recorded, Fitclick shows me why I plateaued all summer. My "sedentary" calorie requirement is LESS than 1500 calories!!! Aha! No wonder adding a bicycle outing every other day broke the plateau; it drove my calorie needs well over 1500. Happy happy day! It's not a mystery anymore; I can tell FitClick everything and it will tell me what to expect. 1500 is only "dieting" if I'm not sedentary. And if I'm walking all day, then 2000 is dieting! Wahooo!
