Goals!

This is my first week back at working on weight loss. My goal was to lose 7 lbs. I made my goal of a 7 lb weight lose but, I know I have gotta clean up my diet. I made better choices in some cases but, nowhere near what I should have. I even excercised some this week. But, again, that could have been better. My weight today is 299.8, down from 306.8. My ultimate goal is 150 lb target weight. I have a long way to go but, I can't get discouraged. Gotta keep moving forward.
