This is my first week back at working on weight loss. My goal was to lose 7 lbs. I made my goal of a 7 lb weight lose but, I know I have gotta clean up my diet. I made better choices in some cases but, nowhere near what I should have. I even excercised some this week. But, again, that could have been better. My weight today is 299.8, down from 306.8. My ultimate goal is 150 lb target weight. I have a long way to go but, I can't get discouraged. Gotta keep moving forward.

I have decided to just do the dang thing. I have always wanted to go into the military and with the new age guidelines I can do so. Also being an Army nurse sounds good to me! Anyway this is my new rationialization, if I was in the Army I would have to do PT anyway, so just get up and do it! So far it is working for me. Also encouragement from people on here is wonderful. Thank You again. I am up and about to start my treadmill workout. I feel really good about this. Gonna keep trying!

Well, I am back at it again. I am 304 lbs at the writing of this blog. I am dying to get to 150 lbs. I plan on taking this step by step and I am going to stay committed this time. I am 36 years old and I have one child who is 11. I have been overweight most of my life and do not plan on spending the next 36 years like this. I have been as heavy as 330 lbs before so I know I can do this, just gotta make it a priority. It is about ME!
