2nd Month of Training!

Found out some interesting facts!  Because I have PCOS I did some more research on my health issues!  Decided to step it up a notch by getting up early in the morning to work out since it helps to burn more calories and helps continue the burn for a significant amount of time. 

I pushed my self today by jogging in intervals for 5 minutes with my walking. Just to prepare my body for the next step in my training.  I would like to know what its like to run with out neccessity and just be able to go with the wind. This is a dream and I'm well on my way to succeed!
