Found out some interesting facts!  Because I have PCOS I did some more research on my health issues!  Decided to step it up a notch by getting up early in the morning to work out since it helps to burn more calories and helps continue the burn for a significant amount of time.

1st Week in training!

My first week of being more aware of what I eat and how active I should be was an eye opener!   Things that people of normal weight do on a daily basis is some what of a struggle for me.  For example a simple walk around the neighborhood has become a bit of an obstacle.  My body is only used to lugging around this much weight in brief burst like going to the mail box or laundry and so on.

Weight Loss Monster

Today I've decided to commit to being true about my food consumption and my activities! I've been straddling the 300lb weight mark for 8 years!
