Well today was my weigh in day, and to my surprise I am down 4 lbs in a week, however I have been on a diet plan and exercising since Sept 15th...and lost nothing till now....the difference is that I only started tracking everything since I found this site one week ago today.I really think that journaling every thing that goes into my mouth and my exercises makes me more accountable . this has been a successful week, I have been to the Gym faithfully and following the diet plan to the letter. it hasn't been easy, I just hope that I can do it agin this week to come. I am going south in March and really want to be down 40lbs by then.I guess time will tell!
