Workouts, rest and weight loss

I did not work out yesterday because I had exercised so much the day before that it was advisable to rest and exercise every other day and my weight loss will continue once I eat according to my diet plan. I lost another pound when I weighed in today. So I plan on practising this rythmn when I feel sick, tired, or have to go out.
