I have just completed my workout for the day and I am proud of myself. I did Pilates for 30 minutes after breakfast and the strength training exercises for one hour after lunch.
Come on you all. Let us all try a little harder and we will succeed in improving our health and our lives in general. My determination and self-motivation are controlling my attitude to make this plan work for me.
