Day 2 & Happy Friday! Wonderful weather today. Plan to get a long walk in before the football game tonight. I have not eaten anything yet today and I know that does not help my metabolism. As soon as I am done here I am going to bulk up on steamed broccoli and a bean burger patty (yum) It's funny how the healthier I eat...the more I crave healthier food. The plan for the weekend is to NOT worry about my food intake but to just eat in moderation and watch portion sizes and to get out and move all weekend long.
As always...if anyone has any tips or wisdom to share....would love to hear it. (Remember...I have 100+ pounds to lose!)
